  • Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

    We have a no-refund policy but you can either transfer your ticket to someone else in your company, or get a credit towards another event.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Bring a laptop or tablet, notebook, an open calendar, and the desire to improve.

  • What food is included?

    We will provide lunch only both days.

  • Will replays be available?

    Yes we will record all the sessions and have them available post conference.

  • Are hotels included in the ticket price?

    Hotel is not included in the ticket price; these are only recommended Hotels.

  • Can I bring a spouse or business partner?

    You can bring your business partner, spouse, employees, etc. but everyone must purchase their own ticket an no children may attend the event.

    The location will be located nearby attractions that are family-friendly should your spouse/children join you on the trip itself.

  • Where is ServiceCon2024 being held?

    The event will be held in November 2024 near Houston, TX. More details will become available prior to May 31st. Tickets will become available at this time as well.
